Mobile on-site troubleshooting
One of our key advantages is that our engineers are fully mobile and in most cases fix systems in our customer’s homes. This makes it so much easier than having to unplug everything and bring it to a shop. Many times this also helps us determine the cause of the problem which may not show up when moved.
Our engineers also carry a range of sophisticated diagnostic tools which we have built up over many years. Coupled with over 3o years experience, you can be assured we will quickly get to the root of the problem and determine the best possible solution.
All our work is preceded by a short telephone call to establish the nature of the problem and to arrange a convenient appointment time for us to visit. In most cases, because we are local, we keep to a one hour slot which avoids long periods of waiting.
Collect and return
Sometimes our customers have busy daytime schedules and it is easier for us to collect the problem machine, fix it off-site, and return it at a time that is more convenient i.e. early evening.
PC-FIXED customers can also be provided with remote support where this is appropriate. In these cases, our engineer can connect to your PC remotely and carry out tests to diagnose faults and misconfigurations. We will only provide this after an initial home visit where we get to know you and your setup. Remote support can only be initiated by you and cannot be effected without your permission and cooperation.
